Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

Having dedicated nearly five decades to serving in churches as a worship leader, pastor, and mentor, Dr. Charlie Martin created the ministry Worship Practice to strengthen and inspire others in worship leadership.

What is Worship Practice?

Worship Practice exists to serve, equip, and mentor leaders and teams in order to provide personalized guidance and support to worship leaders, choir members, and musicians.

Whether your need is short-term leadership, team development, or personal mentoring, Worship Practice meets you where you are. Worship Practice can be tailored to churches of all sizes and budgets.

“I am passionate about equipping leaders to live out the worship they lead so that worship becomes more than a Sunday event—it becomes a way of life. My approach is built on both theological depth and practical application.”

Through a combination of one-on-one mentoring, group coaching, and practical workshops or retreats, Worship Practice’s ultimate goal is to Equip Leaders to Live what they Lead.
